Iowa State Shoot Information

The Iowa State Shoot will be on July 16th – 21st, 2024 at the ISTA home grounds near Cedar Falls, Iowa.

All camping and vending arrangements must be made in advance, accompanied by payment. NO reservations may be made by phone.

State Shoot Camping

Returning campers can now complete their reservation. Forms have been mailed to all returning campers before Christmas. Please complete the form and return or see form below. – Thank you!

State Shoot Camping cost is $180.00 (plus 7% sales tax – $192.60) including water and electricity and MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE by mail. Payment for camping is by check only – do not send cash.

The cost for primitive (including pickups & tents) is $15.00 (plus 7% sales tax – $96.30).

State Shoot Parking

Reserved parking sites for the week can be reserved multiple ways. The cost is $40.00 (plus 7% tax – $42.80).

• On camping forms when they are mailed in with payment
• Online under the payments portion. If you are reserving multiple sites this way and want different names on them, please list them in the notes portion.
• Mailing in payment for the site with a note with names wanted on the reserved sites and general location.

State Shoot Cart Rental

If you are interested in renting a golf cart on site, please complete the form and mail with payment. The carts will be available in the office upon your arrival on site.

State Shoot Cart Permit

Any carts/atvs/etc that are on site for the shoot must have a cart permit. You can purchase them on site for $10, with your camping, or prepay online. All permits must also have proof of insurance to receive your permit.
